Radical Rat

More writing related news! The second rat challenge piece has been finished. Wrote some more words down last night before I went out (no word count tho' because of my computer's holiday), and wrote the final paragraph this morning before coming in here. It was a lot more than I had expected to write when I blogged yesterday, but at least it's done.

As I've said before, it's going to change a lot when I revise, but I'm not too worried about that. I have some kind of idea as to where it's going to go. I like to leave a week between finishing a draft like that and revising it, so it'll likely be the first thing I work on when I'm back in the Sticks.

And, the story has a name now as well: The Carrier. I'm keeping my eyes open for something that sounds better, but these things usually come later in the creation process for me, at a time when I have a better feel for the story I'm writing.
