Dude, My Hands Are Huge
This jubilee stuff is really eating into my writing. I can't believe it's four days into june already and I've written a sum total of 2oo words (added to the second Rat Challenge Piece). I am now convinced that I'm not going to have either of them ready in time to join in this challenge (I know I have to the end of the month, but I need to be able to crit all the other submissions as well). I sense that it's almost finished, maybe a couple of days work, but I'm not entirely sure I know how it's going to end.
Yesterday, I did manage to finally go through the reviews I had received on the last challenge I took part in. That was March--the Second Person PoV Challenge. Some of the suggestions have been implemented, but I'm not sure if I'm going to put the main one into effect. Everyone who read it suggested that the ending was somewhat lacking, but because I don't have any further plans for it (I'm not going to be sending it out) i don't think it's worth trying to improve. It will be posted to the website pretty much as is, and that'll do for that.
I've also got a title for it: All the Doors you Open. It will be posted as the first of the new Tales of Skanpen Peak and it should be a fairly decent, if brief, introduction.
Later . . .
