Without a bit of a choice
Concerned about the recurrence of an old injury brought about by new running routine, I've been reading sport injury literature online. One set of advice on how to avoid injury:
- DON’T be male
- DON’T drink alcohol
- DON’T be aged 26 to 30
- . . .
- DON’T be a newcomer to the sport
How, exactly, am I supposed to not be male? I can't afford that operation.
