Why Does Art Hate Me? I've Never Done Anything to Art

My trip with the lads to Dublin has been cancelled. Mere hours after I booked the time off yesterday, I received a phonecall from Mat, to say he was calling it off due to the rest of the guys sacking it. Shame.

Just Because I Don't Care it Doesn't Mean I Don't Understand

Well, I've redesigned this page again. I got bored with the old look and I'm trying to work my way around a block at the moment, and web stuff is something I can pretty much do on autopilot. I'll update the look next week when I finally get my website rehosted and get infinitewhite.net back online.

I've only managed to get about 6oo words down this month, and they were chunky and uninspired additions to my Work in Progress. You know you're in trouble you read over your most recent stuff and discover no less than three descriptions of the noise a kettle makes. I've highlighted everything I've done since the beginning of the year, and I'm more than tempted to just press delete. This --

'I haven't been avoiding you,' he said finally. The anger was returning and coffee splashed over the edges of the cups as he picked them up. 'If you remember, I never really spoke to you before we . . . before we --'

-- was the best of two and a half pages.

There is some good news, however. I have printed a copy of The Well (on the printers at work -- naughty me). Tomorrow morning I'm going to go straight to the post office and send it off. I don't want to wait any more -- I feel if I dawdle or drag my feet in any way, I'll still be talking about posting it in a month's time.

More news on Monday.

P.S. Please excuse the missing images, but I've got nowhere to host them until I get my website back up. Next week, I promise. It'll look really sweet.
