NaNoWriMo, Day 10:

I finally have myself a copy of the book I have been waiting for all year: Wolves of the Calla (Dark Tower 5) by Stephen King. Bought myself a shiny hardback copy -- with pictures and everything! -- when I went into town this weekend. So far, so good.

Any hopes I had of winning NaNoWriMo have just died a horrible death.

That said, after nine days (and I don't count today until I can actually get home tonight and work on it) my word count is up to about seventeen thousand words. I have to say I'm amazing myself with this.
